Stree 2 Box Office Day 35 Prediction: Rajkummar’s Film To Stay Steady; Inches Close To 565 Cr In Week 5

Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 35 Prediction: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has been one of the biggest releases of 2024 and there are no second thoughts about it. The much talked about horror comedy has been the sequel to 2018 release Stree and is directed by Amar Kaushik. Also starring Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, Akshay Kumar, Tamannah Bhatia and Varun Dhawan, Stree 2 opened to rave reviews from the audience in India and across the world.

After recording an opening day collection of Rs 60.3 crores, the movie entered the coveted Rs 300 crores mark during the second weekend. Interestingly, Stree 2 has managed to become the first movie in 2024 to cross Rs 500 crores mark and has been creating new records with every passing day. Stree 2 is now in 5th week and it is still maintaining a good hold at the box office and is giving a tough time to new releases.

Interestingly, after witnessing a strong jump at the box office during the fifth weekend, Stree 2 saw a significant drop in collections on day 33 (5th Monday) wherein it raked in Rs 3 crores, followed by a collection of Rs 2.53 crores on day 34 (5th Tuesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 560.38 crores.

Given the ongoing trend, Stree 2 is likely to mint Rs 2-3 crores today (day 35/ fifth Wednesday). As Stree 2 is likely to have a slow growth it will be seen inching close to Rs 565 crores mark today. Interestingly, Stree 2 will also be recording the highest week 5 collections all times as well.

Meanwhile, Rajkummar is now gearing up for the release of his fourth film of the year. We are talking about Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video opposite Triptii Dimri which is slated to release on October 11. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is touted to be a comedy drama.
