Stree 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 18: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has emerged to become the highest box office scorer of the year. Not only this, the film has beaten the lifetime collection of another box office wonder, Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2, that too before the end of its week 3. The film, which was released on August 15, has not only ruled the domestic box office collection, but also won the hearts of overseas people.

Rajkummar's Stree 2, which is the sequel of horror-comedy 2018's Stree, has earned Rs. 115 Cr overseas as of Day 18th, according to Sacnilk. On the other hand, the domestic gross box office collection of the movie is now Rs. 573.25 Cr, which makes the total box office collection of the film standing at Rs. 688.25 Cr.

On its 3rd Sunday, it had a stellar performance and minted Rs. 22 Cr at the domestic box office. The India nett collection is standing at Rs. 480.05 Cr as of day 18th. The movie had a 44.05% Hindi occupancy on day 18th.

Now, coming to the worldwide collection of Gadar 2. The Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel starrer had minted Rs. 686 Cr worldwide during its theatrical run, and that means the Dinesh Vijan's horror comedy has beaten the patriotic drama, Gadar 2, which is also a sequel of its 2001 version. For the unversed, Gadar 2 was released on August 11, 2023 and was made on a budget of Rs. 80 Cr approx.
