The movie recorded an impressive Rs 60.3 crores (including paid reviews) on the opening day and the movie has been roaring loud at the box office across the world. Stree 2 managed to cross Rs 180 crores in two days. And as Stree 2 has ventured into the second week, it continues its winning streak at the worldwide box office and its phenomenal run has left everyone stunned.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Stree 2 had raked in Rs 387.50cr until day 7 of its release and crossed Rs 400 crores mark on day 8. Reportedly, on day 8, Stree 2's worldwide collection stood at Rs 410 crores. Given the ongoing trend, Stree 2 Sarkate Ka Aatank will be continuing its winning streak and is likely to cross Rs 450 crores today at the worldwide box office. This isn't all. Stree 2 is also likely to cross Rs 550 crores worldwide during the second weekend.

Meanwhile, talking about the phenomenal success of Stree 2, Amar Kaushik told Connect Cine, "I didn't expect this big response. I think the audience wants such films to come out. Where ever I would go, people kept asking me 'What is the end of Stree?' This film was made on public demand. We didn't hurry with this film because we wanted to do justice to the story. We thought it clicked well with the public when we released the trailer but when we opened the advance ticket sale, we were like, 'What is happening?' This is just love of the public".
