So they are trying to wider the appeal. Though the trailer and the content and the marketing is showcasing a very limited, urban metro, multiplex kind of an audience. I will be happy if the film opens to anywhere around Rs 1.5-2 crores. But it will be very dependent upon the word of mouth. Achi jaati hai shaam ko badh bhi sakta hai, but it should open in this range".

The Buckingham Murders To Become Kareena Kapoor Khan's Lowest Opener In 15 Years

To note, Kareena's 2009 release Main Aurr Mrs Khanna was her last movie to rake in below Rs crores. Meanwhile, talking about her character, Kareena stated that she has drawn inspiration from Kate Winslet's character in Mare Of Easttown. "I've always admired Mare of Easttown, and when Hansal Mehta approached me with this role, I knew it was exactly what I wanted to do," Bebo stated in one of her interviews.
