Ulajh Box Office Collection Day 3 Prediction: Janhvi Kapoor’s Film Continues To Struggle Amid Clash With AMKDT

Ulajh Box Office Collection Prediction Day 3: Janhvi Kapoor has been grabbing eyeballs ever since she came with her second release of the year. After Mr & Mrs Mahi, Janhvi is now grabbing eyeballs for her recent release Ulajh wherein she plays the role of an IFS office. Directed by Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh is a spy thriller presenting Janhvi in a never seen before role. Also starring Roshan Mathew, Gulshan Devaiah, Adil Hussain and Rajesh Tailang in key roles, Ulajh has been one of the most talked about releases of the year and managed to create a substantial buzz in the town.

Despite the buzz, Ulajh has been struggling at the box office since the first day and failed to make the box office ring. To note, Ulajh happens to be Janhvi's first collaboration with Gulshan Devaiah and their performance did receive decent reviews from the audience. However, Ulajh saw a slow start at the box office and raked in Rs 1.15 crores at the box office during the opening day amid a box office clash with Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.

The spy thriller saw a hike of over 47% at the box office on day 2 (first Saturday) wherein it raked in Rs 1.7 crores which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 2.85 crores. Given the ongoing trend, Ulajh is expected to see another hike in numbers today (day 3/ first Sunday) and mint Rs 2 crores eventually crossing Rs 4 cr mar at the box office.

Meanwhile, talking about Ulajh, Janhvi told Variety, "I've never taken so much ownership of a film and been so obsessive or sensitive about a film before. They really made me feel involved and empowered, and I have a voice. It's a very good feeling because I've never taken so much ownership or had this much of an opinion on everything that has to do with the film"
