Ulajh Box Office Collection Day 4 Prediction: Janhvi’s Film Faces Competition From AMKDT; To See Lowest Number

Ulajh Box Office Collection Prediction Day 4: Janhvi Kapoor, who had won millions of hearts with her performance in Rajkummar Rao starrer Mr & Mrs Srikanth early this year, is now making headlines for her recent release Ulajh which has been one of the most talked about releases of the year. To note, Ulajh happens to be a spy thriller helmed by Sudhanshu Saria and also features Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Matthew, Adil Hussain and Rajesh Tailang in key roles. The story revolves around a young IFS officer who is stuck in a dangerous situation.

While the star cast and the trailer had managed to create a massive buzz in the town, Ulajh opened to mixed reviews from the audience. In fact, the movie saw a slow start at the box office wherein it failed to touch the Rs 2 crores mark on the opening day. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Ulajh was seen making a collection of Rs 1.15 crores on day 1 (first Friday), followed by a hike of over 47% on day 2 wherein in minted Rs 1.75 crores (first Saturday).

Ulajh Box Office Collection Prediction Day 3

The opening weekend saw another slight jump in numbers for Janhvi's spy thriller wherein it raked in Rs 2 crores yesterday (day 3/ first Sunday) taking the overall collections of the movie to Rs 4.9 crores. Given the ongoing trend, Ulajh is expected to see its lowest numbers today (day 4/ first Monday) and is expected to earn 1-1.5 crores at the box office. As Ulajh has been witnessing a box office clash with Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and this Ajay Devgn starrer is undoubtedly giving a good competition to Janhvi's film. To note, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha has minted over Rs 6.76 crores in the opening weekend and is expected to have an upper hand at the box office on first Monday as well.

Meanwhile, talking about Ulajh, Janhvi told Variety, "I've never taken so much ownership of a film and been so obsessive or sensitive about a film before. They really made me feel involved and empowered, and I have a voice. It's a very good feeling because I've never taken so much ownership or had this much of an opinion on everything that has to do with the film"
