Ulajh Box Office Collection Day 6 Prediction: Janhvi’s Film To Struggle To Cross 7Cr Mark Today

Ulajh Box Office Collection Prediction Day 6: Janhvi Kapoor's recent release Ulajh has been making headlines for several reasons - be it the starcast or the plot or the performance and even the box office report. Helmed by Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh is a spy thriller which also features Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Matthews, Adil Hussain and Rajesh Tailang. The movie managed to create a lot of buzz with its intriguing trailer and left the audience wanting for more.

However, despite the massive buzz, Ulajh has failed to perform at the box office and has been struggling since the first day. With an opening day collection of Rs 1.15 crores, Ulajh recorded Janhvi Kapoor's second lowest opener after Mili. Though the opening weekend did come with some hike in the collections but the struggles didn't subside for this Janhvi starrer who saw a massive drop of over 67% on the first Monday.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Janhvi Kapoor's Ulajh raked in Rs 65 lakhs in the first Monday (day 4). However, the first Tuesday (day 5) saw a little jump in numbers wherein Ulajh minted Rs 70 lakhs at the box office, taking the overall collections of the movie to Rs 6.25 crores. Given the ongoing trends, Ulajh's struggles are likely to continue today (day 6/ first Wednesday). The movie is likely to mint Rs 50-70 lakhs today with a struggle to cross Rs 7 crores mark at the box office. To note, Ulajh has been facing a box office clash with Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer Auron Me Kahan Dum Tha and the later is leading the box office game since the first day.

Meanwhile, talking about Ulajh, Janhvi told Variety, "I've never taken so much ownership of a film and been so obsessive or sensitive about a film before. They really made me feel involved and empowered, and I have a voice. It's a very good feeling because I've never taken so much ownership or had this much of an opinion on everything that has to do with the film".
