Ulajh Box Office Collection Day 7 Prediction

Ulajh Box Office Collection Prediction Day 7: Janhvi Kapoor's recent release Ulajh has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced. Be it for its cast, the plot or the intriguing trailer, Ulajh has managed to be one of the most anticipated releases of the year. However, despite the substantial buzz, this Sudhashu Saria directorial failed to do any wonders at the box office. Also starring Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Matthews, Rajesh Tailang and Adil Hussain, Ulajh had opened to a mixed response from the audience.

The movie had a slow start at the box office with an opening day collection of Rs 1.1.5 crores. While the opening weekend did see a jump in numbers, The first Monday came with a massive reality check and a drop. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Ulajh failed to cross Rs 1 crores mark on first Monday and the struggle has continued ever since. After minting Rs 65 lakhs on first Monday and first Tuesday, Ulajh has dropped further before completing a week at the box office.

Ulajh Box Office Collection Day 7 Prediction

It is reported that Ulajh raked in Rs 56 lakhs yesterday (day 6/ first Wednesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 6.76 crores. Given the ongoing trend, Ulajh will be seen struggling to mint Rs 50 lakhs today (day 7/ first Thursday) and with Urvashi Rautela's Ghuspaithiya hitting the theatres tomorrow, this Janhvi starrer is in for another competition. To note, Ulajh has faced a box office clash with Ajay Devgn's Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and the latter managed to beat Janhv's spy thriller since the first day.

Meanwhile, Gulshan Devaiah, who has collaborated with Janhvi for the first time, spoke about the box office report and said, "Struggle is the salt that makes success taste good. The ones who don't embrace the struggle will never achieve anything worthwhile. This is a tough business. Period. Feature films are meant to be seen on the big screen. Hit flop toh chalta rahta hai (Films will either be hits or flops). As pragmatic as I am about a lot of things, I'm not willing to let go of my idealism when it comes to cinema. I also don't expect people to understand this. It's a very personal thing for me"
