Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Day 11 (Hindi): Rajinikanth starrer Vettaiyan has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced for several reasons. To begin with, it featured megastar Rajinikanth in full action mode. Besides, Vettaiyan also marks Amitabh Bachchan's debut in the Tamil industry along with his reunion with Rajinikanth after over 33 years. Needless to say, Vettaiyan, which is helmed by T.J Gnanavel, has managed to grab a lot of eyeballs and create a massive buzz in the town.

Apart from Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, Vettaiyan also features Rana Daggubati, Rao Ramesh, Abhirami, Manju Warrier, Ramesh Thilak, Fahadh Faasil, Rithika Singh and Dushara Vijayan. Interestingly, Vettaiyan has opened to decent reviews and has been maintaining good hold at the box office. As the show entered the second week, it saw an impressive hike in numbers during the second weekend. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Vettaiyan minted Rs 25 lakhs on day 10 (second Saturday) followed by a collection of Rs 30 lakhs (second Sunday) in the Hindi market taking the overall collections of the movie to Rs 3.89 crores.

Vettaiyan Fails To Beat GOAT On Second Sunday

Despite the hike in numbers, Vettaiyan has failed to beat Rajinikanht's 2023 release Jailer and Thalapathy Vijay's The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) with a huge gap. For the uninitiated, while Jailer raked in Rs 70 lakhs (almost twice the collection of Vettaiyan), The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) earned Rs 1 crores in the Hindi market on day 11 (second Sunday) which is clearly three times more than the collection of Vettaiyan.

Vettaiyan OTT Release Update

According to media reports, Vettaiyan is expected to have its digital release soon. The movie is expected to release on Prime Video next month (November). However, the makers are yet to make an official announcement about Vettaiyan OTT release.
