Azaad has earned Rs. 1 Cr as of 9pm on day 2, according to the early updates of Sacnilk. The movie has seen a significant fall on day 2 compared to day 1 when it minted Rs. 1.5 Cr. Comparing with its budget, the movie has started slow and the box office numbers were not upto the marks. Seeing mixed reviews of the film, it seems difficult for the film to recover its budget.

The movie earned Rs. 1.75 Cr gross in domestic box office on day 1 making the worldwide box office collection standing at the same amount. The movie had 15.02% Hindi occupancy on day 1.
