Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 25: Vicky’s Film See Over 40% Dip On 4th Monday; Beats Kalki 2898 AD

Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 25: Chhaava, which features Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in the lead, has been one of the most talked about and biggest releases of the year. Bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan and directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava is a historical action drama which revolves around the life of Marath King Sambhaji Maharaj. To note, this happens to be Laxman Utekar's second collaboration with Vicky Kaushal after Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and it has been grabbing eyeballs since it was announced.

Also featuring Diana Penty, Ashutosh Rana, Vineet Kumar Singh and Divya Dutta in the key supporting roles, Chhaava is said to be adapted from Shivaji Sawant's Marathi novel Chhava. To note, the movie also marks Vicky's first collaboration with Rashmika. From Vicky's performance as Sambhaji Maharaj to Akshaye's unrecognisable look as Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, Chhaava has been creating waves for its stellar cast, performances and of course the box office. After an impressive hold at the box office during the 4th weekend, Chhaava saw a dip of over 40% in the numbers in Hindi market on fourth Monday (day 25). According to a report published in Sacnilk, Chhaava made a collection of Rs 5 crores on day 25 (fourth Monday) and it took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 508.3 crores.

Chhaava Beats Kalki 2898 AD On Day 25

With a collection of Rs 5 crores on day 25, Chhaava has managed to surpass Kalki 2898 AD which had minted Rs 4.85 crores on its 25th day of release and went on to register the 5th highest day 25 collection after Pushpa 2: The Rule, Stree 2, Jawan and KGF 2.

Meanwhile, talking about Chhaava at a promotional event, Vicky stated, "Mere liye mera saubhagya hai ki mujhe Chhatrapati Maharaj ka role nibhaane ka mauka mila.
