Chhaava Box Office Day 21 Evening Occupancy: Vicky's Historical Drama Sees 10% Dip In Footfall On 3rd Thursday

Chhaava Box Office Day 21 Evening Occupancy Report: Vicky Kaushal is on the cloud nine after Chhaava emerged to be the biggest hit of his career surpassing all his earlier hits like Uri: The Surgical Strike, Raazi, Sanju, among others. His second collaboration with director Laxman Utekar for the historical drama has proven to be the lucky charm of his career. The movie, which is based on the life of Maratha King Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, has garnered heartfelt reactions from the audience evoking their patriotism for the motherland. It is the struggle and bravery of Chhatrapati against the Mughal invasion which is depicted beautifully after taking the inspiration from the novel of the same name, written by Shivaji Sawant.

Coming to the box office, the movie is not only praised by the critics but it is well recieved by the audience and it is reflected at the box office numbers. However, in the 3rd week, the movie has been witnessing dip in footfalls includinng on its 3rd Thursday, making it harder for the film to even cross Rs. 10 Cr at the box office.

On day 21, Chhaava has seen 10.33% occupancy in the evening. The movie has seen -9.6% dip in footfall on day 21 compared to day 20 when the movie has had 11.43% occupancy in the evening.

The movie has witnessed a dip in footfall on day 21 even on morning and afternoon shows compared to day 20. While in morning shows on day 21, the footfall was 6.71%, the footfall on day 20 was 7.10%. On the other hand, in the afternoon shows, the footfall was 9.92% on day 21, whereas, it was 10.03% on day 20.
