Chhaava Box Office Collection Today: Vicky Kaushal Finishes Loveyapa, Badass Ravikumar's Game With BOUNCER

Chhaava (Chava) Box Office Collection Today (Day 8): With a solid bouncer, Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava has finished Loveyapa and Badass Ravikumar's game in the cinema halls. The two films are just surviving before the theatre owners decided to pull them off the screens. Laxman Utekar's film has created waves, raking in big moolah and proving that good content doesn't need marketing gimmicks and buy-one-get-one offers to sustain.

Bollywood critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the latest box office collection of Chhaava on his official X handle. He mentioned that the film will easily cross the Rs 500-crore mark, adding that the decision to avert the clash with Pushpa 2 proved beneficial as both films performed well to their full potential.

"After a phenomenal first week, #Chhaava storms into Week 2 with a bang... Biz on [second] Friday is *higher* than [first] Thursday - highlighting its extraordinary hold. #Chhaava has consistently delivered ₹ 20 cr+ on weekdays throughout Week 1 [Monday to Thursday], and with ₹ 20 cr+ on its second Friday, it's crystal clear that the film will not stop at ₹ 400 cr... ₹ 500 cr now seems certain," Adarsh tweeted.

Taran Adarsh stated that Chhaava collected R 24.03 crore on Friday (February 21), taking the total collection to Rs 249.31 crore.

"The decision to avoid a clash with #Pushpa2 [on 5 December 2024] has allowed both #Pushpa2 and #Chhaava to realize their full potential with solo releases... A clash would have negatively impacted the business prospects of both films, particularly in #Maharashtra. #Chhaava [Week 2] Fri 24.03 cr. Total: ₹ 249.31 cr. #India biz (sic)," he added.

Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor's Loveyapa is a big time flop at the box office as it managed to earn only Rs 7.27 crore till date, as per Sacnilk. According to the website, the rom-com raked in Rs 0.03 crore on Friday, turning out to be a box office failure.
