Chhaava Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 4: The latest Hindi-language period-drama 'Chhaava' is on its way to become the highest-grossing film in Vicky Kaushal's career. Directed by Laxman Utekar and bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan-led Maddock Films, Chhaava has emerged as the most successful Hindi film of 2025 so far.
Featuring Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai and Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb, the historical drama had its highly-anticipated grand-theatrical release on 14th February 2025. Not just in Maharashtra, the film has been creating waves across the globe. And now, the movie has surpassed Sam Bahadur's lifetime earnings.

Headlined by Vicky Kaushal, Chhaava marks the biggest opening of his career and scored Rs 31 cr on the first day of its release. Due to the record-breaking buzz, the film had a roaring opening weekend. Despite almost 50% drop in numbers yesterday, Chhaava passed the first Monday test with flying colors.
According to Sacnilk, the movie netted around Rs 24 cr on Monday (yesterday, Feb 17), touching Rs 140.5 cr in 4 days. The movie is doing exceptionally well in the overseas market as well. As per the same website, the movie maintained a strong hold overseas on Monday and minted around Rs 27 cr, grossing Rs 195.60 cr worldwide till now.

Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava has been having a roaring run at ticket counters, waking Bollywood from its 2025 slumber. As the film is on its way to cross the Rs 200 cr-mark today globally, the film has already surpassed the lifetime collection of Vicky's 2023 film 'Sam Bahadur'. As per reports, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw's biopic had ended its theatrical run with a lifetime collection of Rs 128.17 cr (approx.).
