As per a report in Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 59 crore on Sunday (December 14), smashing box office records. The espionage action drama has turned the year monumental for Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna and Aditya Dhar.

According to data reported by Sacnilk, Dhurandhar recorded its highest evening occupancy on day 10. The film achieved an estimated 89.06 percent fill for those shows. This surge in footfalls is higher than the reported 55.05 percent evening occupancy of Pushpa 2 on its comparable day. Dhurandhar also crossed Chhaava, which had around 61.86 percent evening occupancy on its tenth day.

The strong word-of-mouth is helping Dhurandhar sustain this upward trend. According to Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 59 crore (early estimates) on December 14, taking the total domestic box office collection to Rs ₹ 351.75 Cr.

Guess what? Dhurandhar beat Pushpa 2's record of the highest Second Sunday at the box office. While Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa 2 earned Rs 54 crore (net) on the second Sunday, Dhurandhar minted Rs 59 crore for its second Sunday at the box office.
