Dhurandhar Box Office Day 5 (Evening Trend): Ranveer's Film Fails To Beat Animal By Hair; Will It Touch 150cr?

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 5 (Evening Trend): Dhurandhar opened in cinemas on 5 December 2025 and quickly turned into a massive crowd-puller, with many multiplexes reporting sold-out evening and night shows. Trade trackers reported double-digit Day 1 box-office collections, as audiences praised the film's relentless action and the intense clash between Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna. Directed by Aditya Dhar, who earlier made Uri, the film drops viewers into a secretive spy universe shaped by India's covert operations.
The narrative of Dhurandhar follows a high-risk RAW mission, built around high-speed chases, brutal hand-to-hand combat and a strong patriotic undercurrent that drives the drama from scene to scene. Ranveer Singh plays a driven RAW officer who refuses to back down, with social media flooded by clips of blood-soaked fights and fierce close-ups. Many fans are calling this Ranveer's full-scale "beast mode" comeback after a run of lighter, comic roles that showed a very different side. Akshaye Khanna appears as a calculating antagonist whose calm cruelty dominates several key sequences, prompting many viewers to shout, "Akshaye is back stronger!" inside theatres. The supporting line-up is stacked as well, with Sanjay Dutt adding hardened grit, R. Madhavan bringing strategic sharpness, Arjun Rampal radiating restrained authority and Sara Arjun sharing a charged onscreen equation with Ranveer Singh.
