Dhurandhar Box Office Day 9 (Evening): Ranveer's Film Sees Twice Of Pushpa 2 Footfalls; Will It Cross 300cr?

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 9 (Evening Trend): Dhurandhar is drawing strong crowds, with trade tracking a powerful box office run since release. The 2025 political thriller has already delivered Ranveer Singh's biggest opening day yet. Collections stayed solid across the first week and early estimates suggest the film is still growing, especially on the second Saturday. The story is set against the troubled Lyari neighbourhood in Karachi, with RAW's role central to the plot. Operation Lyari shapes many key turns in the narrative. Dhurandhar also represents Aditya Dhar's first collaboration with Ranveer Singh in the lead.

Dhurandhar features a stellar cast including Ranveer, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. The movie also marks Aditya Dhar's return to directing after a six-year break from features. Dhar last directed the 2019 success Uri: The Surgical Strike, so expectations among audiences and industry insiders were high. Dhurandhar is built around real incidents involving gangs and organised crime networks that operate around the Pakistan border. Interestingly, Dhurandhar witnessed a stupendous performance during the second weekend.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Dhurandhar saw a good hike in footfalls during the evening shows and recorded an occupancy of 79.37% on day 9. Interestingly, it has managed to recorded a footfall twice more than Pushpa 2 which happens to be 37.01%. However, Dhurandhar managed to beat Chhaava's evening occupancy on day 9 which was around 61.82%

Interestingly, Dhurandhar has been seen a growth at the box office on the ninth day. After crossing Rs 5cr during morning shows (until 12 pm), Dhurandhar's collection stands at Rs 36cr at 7:30 pm and the total collection of Dhurandhar turned out to be Rs 275.75cr. It will be interesting to see if Dhurandhar can cross Rs 300cr mark at the box office day (day 9/ second Saturday)
