Early estimates indicated Dhurandhar collected Rs 60 crore net on its second Sunday (December 14) alone. The movie smoothly beat Pushpa 2: The Rule, which had earned 54 crore net on its second Sunday. While Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer was the second installment of a hit franchise, Dhurandhar was deemed to have an opening of Rs 18-20 crore on the first day. The film surpassed all expectations, winning the hearts of the audience.

Dhurandhar had already begun its second weekend on a massive note with a record second Friday. The film then maintained strong traction on its second Saturday, earning Rs 53 crore. These back-to-back solid numbers created ideal momentum, leading into the record second Sunday performance in the Hindi box office space.

Across the full second weekend, Dhurandhar’s estimated 140+ crore net haul overtakes the earlier benchmark of 127 crore net posted by Pushpa 2 in its second weekend. The sustained word-of-mouth publicity has worked wonders for the film.

On Sunday (December 14), Dhurandhar earned around Rs 60 crore. Sacnilk, Rohit Jaiswal and Sumit Kadel posted similar figures while quoting the box office collection of Dhurandhar on the tenth day.
