Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 3: Akshay Kumar is on a roll in 2025 and there are no second thoughts about it. After winning hearts as an Indian Air Force officer in Sky Force and an advocate in Kesari Chapter 2, he is here to entertain the audience with his comic timings in Housefull 5. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 is a comedy drama which is the much talked about 5th installment of the popular Housefull franchise. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 comes with a murder mystery and has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year.

Interestingly, apart from Akshay, Housefull 5 also features a stellar cast of Sonam Bajwa, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Nana Patekar, Fardeen Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff etc. For the uninitiated, Housefull 5 revolves around the murder of a billionaire and three imposters who claim to be the heir but end up becoming the prime suspects in the murder. Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 3

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Housefull 5 saw a slight growth in collection on day 3 (first Sunday) and made a collection of Rs 32 crores. This took the overall collection of the movies to Rs 87 crores. It is evident that despite a decent performance during the opening weekend, Housefull 5 failed to cross Rs 100cr mark during the 1st weekend

With a collection of Rs 32 crores on day 3, Housefull 5 has recorded the 2nd highest day 3/ first Sunday collection of 2025 after Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava which minted Rs 48.5 crores on day 3 (first Sunday)

Housefull 5 Opening Weekend Collection

To note, while Housefull 5 minted Rs 31 crores on first Saturday and Rs 32 crores on first Sunday, the total opening weekend collection of this Akshay starrer stands at 63 crores.

Meanwhile, talking about Housefull 5 having two different climax during trailer launch, producer Sajid Nadiadwala stated, "I have been thinking about this idea for the past 30 years - how to create a thriller with an X factor that leaves the audience talking long after they leave the theatre. So I came up with a story where every theatre will have a different killer. So if you watch it at Gaiety, it'll have one killer. If you watch it at Galaxy, there'll be somebody else. In PVR screen number 4, you'll see a different killer, and in PVR screen number 5, yet another one. It's like every time you watch the film, you'll get a different ending".
