Housefull 5 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 3: Akshay Kumar's film, Housefull 5, has been a topic of conversation since it was announced. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, this comedy-drama is the fifth installment in the well-loved Housefull series. It also marks Akshay's sixth collaboration with Riteish Deshmukh, following their previous work in Heyy Babyy and earlier Housefull films that entertained audiences. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Housefull 5 made an overseas collection of Rs 13 crores on day 3 (first Sunday) following which the total overseas collection turned out to be Rs 35 crores and the overall worldwide collection of the movie stands at Rs 139.40 crores

With an overseas collection of Rs 13 crores on day 3, Housefull 5 has managed to beat Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhaava once again and recorded the highest overseas collection of the year on day 3. For the uninitiated, Chhaava made a collection of Rs 6.6 crores on day 3 in the overseas collection.

Meanwhile, talking about Housefull 5 having two different climax during trailer launch, producer Sajid Nadiadwala stated, "I have been thinking about this idea for the past 30 years - how to create a thriller with an X factor that leaves the audience talking long after they leave the theatre. So I came up with a story where every theatre will have a different killer. So if you watch it at Gaiety, it'll have one killer. If you watch it at Galaxy, there'll be somebody else. In PVR screen number 4, you'll see a different killer, and in PVR screen number 5, yet another one. It's like every time you watch the film, you'll get a different ending".
