Jaat Box Office Collection Day 10: Sunny Deol's recent release Jaat has been making significant waves at the box office since the beginning. This action-packed thriller, directed by Gopichand Malineni, also features Randeep Hooda in the role of lead antagonist Ranatunga, along with Regina Cassandra, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu in key roles. To note, Jaat marks ace Telugu filmmaker Gopichand Malineni's debut in Bollywood and also happens to be Randeep's first collaboration with Sunny.

Jaat's storyline is set in a picturesque coastal village in Andhra Pradesh's Prakasam district and revolves around Sunny's character, Bhaskar Singh Jaat who finds himself deeply entangled in the local disputes and emerges as their protector. Touted to be an action thriller drama, Jaat has managed to massive buzz in the town as it marks Sunny's return to the big screen after 1.5 years and it has been winning hearts since the first day. However, it has slowed down as it entered the second week at the box office.

While Jaat started week 2 on a steady note, it saw a slight dip in numbers on second Saturday. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Jaat, which minted Rs 4 crores on second Friday, made a collection of Rs 3.75 crores on day 10 (second Saturday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 69.40 crores.

Jaat Beats Sikandar On Second Saturday

With a total collection of Rs 3.75 crores on the second Saturday, Jaat has managed to beat Salman Khan's Sikandar with a massive gap. For the uninitiated, Sikandar had minted Rs 40 lakhs on the second Saturday.

Meanwhile, Randeep, who will be locking horns with Sunny Deol in Jaat, admitted to be the latter's huge fan. During the promotions, Randeep stated, "I still remember that we used to have his posters in our cupboards stuck with toothpaste during school days and get inspired. I have always been a huge fan of Sunny Deol. Growing up, we admired his powerful screen presence, his intensity, and his physique. I still remember us having his posters in our school hostel cupboards, looking at them and getting inspired to lift weights and doing push ups".
