Jaat Box Office Collection Day 9 Early Updates: Sunny Deol's latest Bollywood outing 'Jaat' is set to enjoy its 2nd weekend tomorrow and a boost in numbers is already anticipated. Meanwhile, ahead of its extended weekend, the film has now facing a strong competition from Akshay Kumar's highly-anticipated courtroom-drama 'Kesari Chapter 2'. Jaat Box Office Collection Day 8

Directed by noted filmmaker Telugu filmmaker Gopichand Malineni, which marks his Bollywood debut, Jaat stars Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh and Saiyami Kher among others. Mounted on a reported budget of Rs 100 cr, the Hindi-language action-drama managed to earn around Rs 9.5 cr on the day of its release (April 10), becoming the second biggest-opening for Sunny Deol. Amidst ups and downs in numbers the film went on to collect Rs 57.5 cr in its first week.

Amidst the drop in numbers on week days, Jaat is said to have minted around Rs 4 cr, as per Sacnilk, on its 2nd Thursday (yesterday, April 17), taking the total estimated 8 day collection to Rs 61.50 cr at the domestic box office.

Amidst high anticipation, Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan and Ananya Panday starrer Kesari Chapter 2 had its grand theatrical release today (April 18), coinciding with the Good Friday holiday. While Sunny Deol's Jaat is facing strong competition from Kesari 2, the Good Friday holiday is making it up for the actioner.

According to the latest Sacnilk updates, Jaat has netted around Rs 2.81 cr today (Friday) till 7:20 PM. As of now, the total collection is estimated to be ₹ 64.31 cr approx.
