Jaat Occupancy Day 1 Morning Shows

Jaat Morning Show Occupancy Day 1: The anticipation has been high for Sunny Deol's return to cinema, and fans are in for a treat with his latest film, Jaat. This action-packed thriller not only showcases Deol's return to the silver screen after a hiatus of one and a half years but also introduces Gopichand Malineni, a renowned Telugu director, making his Bollywood debut. The film promises an engaging storyline with Sunny Deol taking on the mantle of the protagonist, Bhaskar Singh "Jaat". He stumbles upon a coastal village in Andhra Pradesh during his travels, where he finds the residents living in fear of a menacing criminal, Ranatunga, portrayed by Randeep Hooda.

Jaat brings together a talented ensemble cast, including Regina Cassandra, who plays the female lead, and Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, Jagapathi Babu, among others, in pivotal supporting roles. The narrative dives deep into the struggles of a village under the thumb of Ranatunga's tyranny. Determined to put an end to their suffering, Bhaskar Singh "Jaat" decides to take a stand against the villain, setting the stage for a gripping confrontation. In light of the film's intriguing plot and the star power of Sunny Deol, Jaat is expected to be a significant release.

Jaat Morning Shows Occupancy Day 1

As Jaat has managed to release amid massive buzz, it witnessed a decent footfall on the opening day during the morning shows. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Sikandar recorded an occupancy of 9.6% in morning shows on day 1 (first Thursday)

Jaat Fails To Beat Sikandar

Interestingly, Jaat has failed to beat the morning show occupancy of Salman Khan's Sikandar and Akshay Kumar's Sky Force. For the uninitiated, Sikandar recorded an opening day occupancy of 13.76% in morning shows while the number was 10.26% for Sky Force.

Meanwhile, Randeep, who will be locking horns with Sunny Deol in Jaat, admitted to be the latter's huge fan. During the promotions, Randeep stated, "I still remember that we used to have his posters in our cupboards stuck with toothpaste during school days and get inspired. I have always been a huge fan of Sunny Deol. Growing up, we admired his powerful screen presence, his intensity, and his physique. I still remember us having his posters in our school hostel cupboards, looking at them and getting inspired to lift weights and doing push ups".
