According to a report published in Sacnilk, Kuberaa, which minted Rs 23 lakhs on day 1 and Rs 30 lakhs on day 2 in the Hindi market, saw a decent hike in number on day 3. The movie earned Rs 42 lakhs on day 3 (first Sunday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 95 lakhs

Kuberaa Sees Hike Despite Clash With Sitaare Zameen Par

Interestingly, Dhanush's Kuberaa has been witnessing a tough competition from Aamir Khan starrer Sitaare Zameen Par. Though the Aamir starrer is leading at the box office, Kuberaa is growing at its pace in the Hindi market

To note, Kuberaa is expected to see a dip in numbers on day 4 (first Monday) given the fact that it is a working day. However, it is expected to cross Rs 1 crore mark in the Hindi market.

To note, this is the first time Dhanush has shared the screen with Nagarjuna and fans were quite excited to see their face off. On the other hand, director Sekhar Kammula shed light on the essence of Kuberaa and stated, "There's a voice within that whispers-even if you're alone and powerless, you must stand against the whole world.
