Marco Box Office Collection Day 16 (Hindi): Unni Mukundan is all over the headlines these days and rightfully. After all, his last release of 2024 - Marco took everyone with a surprise and left the audience in absolute awe. Touted to be the most violent films, Marco is helmed by Haneef Adeni and happens to be an action thriller. Boasting a stellar cast of Uni Mukundan, Siddique, Jagadish, Abhimanyu S Thilakan, Kabir Duhan Singh, Anson Paul and Yukti Tareja in the lead, Marco has been one of the most talked about releases of the year.
Interestingly, Marco has managed to create a massive buzz in the town with its trailer, cast and storyline. In fact, Marco, which had hit the screens on December 20, 2024, opened to rave reviews from the audience. The movie, which was originally released in Malayalam was later dubbed in Hindi and went on to win hearts. In fact, Marco has been winning hearts in the Hindi speaking market

Unni Mukundan starrer, which saw a slow start at the box office, saw a decent hike during the second week. However, Marco did start week 3 on a good note, it seems to have picked up pace during the weekend again. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Marco, which minted Rs 85 lakhs on day 15 (third Friday), saw a hike on third Saturday (day 16) wherein it minted Rs 1.25 crores in the Hindi speaking market. This took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 7.03 crores.
Marco Creates A Record In Hindi Market
Interestingly, Marco has managed to impress everyone with its box office performance. After recording a hike of around 47% in collections, Marco went on to create a record as it recorded its highest single day collection in the Hindi domain.
Meanwhile, Marco producer Shareef Muhammed, in an interview with Red FM Malayalam, spoke about the violent content in the film and said, "The Censor team has not fully cut down the violence. They have only reduced the brutality. All violent scenes will have a varying range of brutality. And whenever the brutality was high, the Censor Board recommended to reduce it. It was more brutal, in some scenes. But that the Censor cut as it is against their rules".
