Marco (Hindi) Box Office Collection Day 25: Unni Mukundan's Malayalam-language actioner 'Marco' has sent shockwaves of excitement among the Hindi-speaking audiences. Touted to be India's most violent film, which hit cinemas on 20th December 2024, Marco is facing strong competition from new releases of different languages. After an underwhelming start at the box office, the film took everyone by surprise in the Hindi belt and saw a significant rise in show numbers.

Starring Unni Mukundan, Yukti Thareja, Jagadish and Kabir Duhan Singh among others, Marco marks the standalone sequel to the 2019 film 'Michael'. Amid the positive talks, the film maintained a strong hold at the ticket counters across the country. In the Hindi belt, the movie saw a massive hike in numbers in 2nd and 3rd week.
According to the Sacnilk updates, the Unni Mukundan starrer saw a more than 50% decline in numbers yesterday (4th Monday) amid the reduced screen numbers and managed to nett around Rs 20 lakhs on day 25. For those unversed, the film raked in Rs 43 lakhs on 4th Sunday. Now, the estimated total collection stands at Rs12.08 cr in 25 days in the Hindi belt.

The Malayalam-language action-thriller Marco, which revolves around the story of a gangster names Marco, is made on an impressive budget of Rs 30 cr. The makers are yet to sign a deal with an OTT streaming platform for its post-theatrical digital streaming.
