Metro In Dino Box Office Collection Day 7 Early Updates: After facing multiple delays, the much-anticipated modern-age romantic musical-drama Metro In Dino, a spiritual sequel to the 2007 cult-classic 'Life In A Metro' finally hit cinemas last week on Friday (July 4). The urban romance-drama is all set to enter its 2nd week in theatres tomorrow (July 11). Even though the film is yet to make the expected mark at the box office, the film has already surpassed the lifetime earnings of Life In A Metro, that too within its first week.

Directed by Anurag Basu, Metro In Dino, boasting a powerful ensemble including names like Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Neena Gupta, is a modern-day take on love, life, marriage, infidelity, and heartbreaks.

Amidst decent buzz, the movie opened to mostly positive reviews and earned Rs 3.5 cr (net), as per Sacnilk. Despite an underwhelming start, the movie picked up a noticeable upward trend on the opening weekend but recorded sharp drops in numbers on weekdays.

As reported by Sacnilk, Metro In Dino dipped further below yesterday (Wednesday) and managed to add Rs 2.19 cr on day 6, taking the total net earnings to Rs 24.44 cr.

According to the real-time Sacnilk data, the sequel has netted around Rs 73 lakhs till 5:00 PM. As of now, the total net collection stands at Rs 25.33 cr (approx.).
