Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection Day 34 (Hindi): Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna have all the reasons to be on cloud nine. After all, their second collaboration Pushpa 2: The Rise has been one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 is an action drama which also features Fahadh Faasil as the lead antagonist. The movie happens to be the much talked about sequel of the 2021 release Pushpa 1: The Rise and is touted to be the most expensive film of the industry.

Released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages, Pushpa 2 opened to rave reviews in all languages. In fact, Pushpa 2 not only lived up to the hype created around its big release, it managed to set the box office on fire in all languages. This isn't all. This Allu Arjun starrer went on to record the highest opening in the Hindi market and even managed to beat big releases like Stree 2, Gadar 2, Baahubali 2, Jawan etc at the box office. However, the movie has slowed down in its fifth week.

Pushpa 2 has been witnessing a massive dip in numbers since the fifth Monday. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 raked in Rs 1.9 crores on day 33 (fifth Monday) and saw a further drop in collections as it minted Rs 1.5 crores which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 796.2 crores.

Pushpa 2 Mints 6 Times More Than Baby John

Interestingly, as Pushpa 2 has been witnessing a box office competition from Varun Dhawan starrer Baby John, this Allu Arjun starrer has managed to crush the latter. For the uninitiated, Baby John, which is in the second week, minted just 25 lakhs on the recent Tuesday while, Pushpa 2 raked in six times of the Varun Dhawan starrer on the same day.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun got candid about Pushpa 2 breaking language barriers at a promotional event and stated, "Doing a Hindi film was such a huge thing even to aspire for. We used to have that thing that, 'Maybe in our lifetime we will do one Hindi film'. It was that far away for us to do the Hindi film. So from that mindset to coming to this stage and standing here is a very big thing for me".
