Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: Ajay Devgn's Film Likely To Cross Rs 50 Crore. Did It BEAT Chhaava?

Raid 2 today box office collection: Ajay Devgn's magic is working like a charm in the theatres. When it comes to masala entertainers that are backed by solid content, Mr. Devgn always rules the roost. Be it Shaitaan or Drishyam 2, the Bollywood star has proved his acting prowess in content-driven movies.

Raid 2, which released on May 1, has exceeded the expectations of the trade experts. The action thriller has been raking in big moolah at the box office, bringing cheers to the industry and theatre owners. Ajay Devgn's power-packed performance has worked wonders, generating decent numbers for the film.

Taran Adarsh shared the second day box office collection of Raid 2 on social media, mentioning that the movie proved all the predictions wrong. He said that the Raj Kumar Gupta directorial was expected to earn numbers in single digits on Friday (May 2); however, it surpassed all expectations.

Raid 2 collected over Rs 13 crore on the second day, taking the total collection to Rs 32.76 crore.

"#Raid2 maintained a strong grip on Day 2 [Friday] - a regular working day... Coming off a partial holiday on Thursday, the film once again proved all forecasts, predictions, and projections wrong by a margin. After witnessing a drop in numbers on day 2, the film has reportedly picked up pace at the box office.

While early estimates suggest that Raid 2 would at least collect Rs 17 crore on the third day, it was no match for Chhaava. Vicky Kaushal's period drama, the highest Hindi grosser of 2025, earned Rs 48.5 crore on its third day, as per Sacnilk.
