Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 3 Prediction: Ajay Devgn's recent release Raid 2 has garnered significant attention given the stupendous success of its first installment Raid which had released in 2018. As the second installment is coming after 6 years, fans have been quite excited to see IRS officer Amay Patnaik's next move. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 is the much talked about crime thriller drama which also stars Vaani Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Supriya Pathak, Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, and Amit Sial in key roles.

Interestingly, Raid 2 features Ajay Devgn returning as Amay Patnaik who is here to embark on his 75th raid. To ntoe, this happens to be Ajay's fourth collaboration with Riteish after Cash, Masti and Total Dhamaal. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Raid 2 saw a massive dip in numbers on the second day and minted Rs 12 crores on day 2 (first Saturday). This took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 31.25 crores

Given the ongoing trend, Raid 2 is likely to pick up pace on the first Saturday (day 3). The movie is likely to mint Rs 15-20 crores today and is expected to touch Rs 50 crores mark at the box office.

Meanwhile, Ajay recently got candid about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz as the female lead in Raid 2 and stated, "You see it in a lot of Hollywood films also. Still, Sean Connery is not the James Bond. It's the character you follow, and then new people keep coming in". To note, Raid 2 is set to release on May 1 and will have a box office clash with Sanjay Dutt's The Bhootnii.
