Raid 2 Box Office Day 10: Ajay’s Film Sees 60% Hike; Creates Record On 2nd Saturday After Entering 100Cr Club

Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 10: Raid 2, starring Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh, has been making waves in the town. Sequel to the 2018 release Raid, Raid 2 follows the story of IRS officer Amay Patnaik, played by Ajay Devgn, as he embarks on his 75th raid, targeting the lead antagonist Dada Manohar Bhai, portrayed by Riteish Deshmukh. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the movie also features Vaani Kapoor, Amit Sial, Rajat Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, and Saurabh Shukla, alongside the leads.

Riteish Deshmukh takes on the role of the formidable antagonist Dada Manohar Bhai, marking a crucial aspect of Raid 2. His confrontation with Ajay Devgn's character is a pivotal part of the narrative. This collaboration marks the fourth project between Ajay and Riteish, following their previous works in Cash, Masti, and Total Dhamaal. Their on-screen rivalry has been a major draw for the audience, contributing to the film's overall appeal.

Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 10

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Raid 2, which minted Rs 5 crores on day 9 (second Friday), saw a growth of 60% in numbers on the second Saturday (day 10) and minted Rs 8.25 crores. This took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 109 crores.

Raid 2 Records 2nd Highest 2nd Saturday Of 2025

With a collection of Rs 8.25 crores, Raid 2 has managed to beat Sikandar, Jaat, Sky Force and Kesari Chapter 2 on the second Saturday. As a result, it recorded the second highest second Saturday collection of 2025 after Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava which had minted Rs 44 crores on its second Saturday post release

Meanwhile, Ajay recently got candid about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz as the female lead in Raid 2 and stated, "You see it in a lot of Hollywood films also. Still, Sean Connery is not the James Bond. It's the character you follow, and then new people keep coming in". To note, Raid 2 is set to release on May 1 and will have a box office clash with Sanjay Dutt's The Bhootnii.
