Raid 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 10: Ajay Devgn starrer Raid 2 has been one of the most talked about releases lately and there are no second thoughts about it. Raid 2, which is helmed by Raj Kumar Gupta, happens to be as a crime thriller and the much awaited sequel to the 2018 release Raid. While Ajay is reprising the role of IRS officer Amay Patnaik, Vaani Kapoor is seen as the female lead while Riteish Deshmukh is seen as the lead antagonist in the movie

To note, Riteish was seen in the role of corrupt politician Dada Manohar Bhai who is on Amay Patnaik's radar as he is here to conduct his 75th raid. While Raid 2 has managed to create a massive buzz in the town, Riteish and Ajay's faceoff was one of the most exciting elements of the movie. It is worth the mention that Raid 2 marks Ajay's fourth collaboration with Riteish after Cash, Masti and Total Dhamaal. Interestingly, Raid 2 had opened to rave reviews from the audience and it has been thriving at the box office in India and worldwide.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Raid 2 minted Rs 50 lakhs in the overseas market wherein which took the overall overseas collection of the movie to Rs 18.50 crores after 10 days. On the other hand, the total worldwide collection of Raid 2 happens to be Rs 148.20 crores on day 10 (second Saturday).

Raid 2 Set To Surpass Sky Force Worldwide Box Office Collection

Interestingly, with a total worldwide collection of Rs 148.20 crores, Raid 2 is set to surpass the lifetime worldwide box office collection of Akshay Kumar's Sky Force which happens to be Rs 149 crores. It is evident that Raid 2 will surpass the Sky Force worldwide collection today.

Meanwhile, Ajay recently got candid about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz as the female lead in Raid 2 and stated, "You see it in a lot of Hollywood films also. Still, Sean Connery is not the James Bond. It's the character you follow, and then new people keep coming in". To note, Raid 2 is set to release on May 1 and will have a box office clash with Sanjay Dutt's The Bhootnii.
