Raid 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 11: Raid 2 has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year and there have been no second thoughts about it. Given the success of its prequel Raid, this new crime thriller which features Ajay Devgn reprising his role of IRS officer Amay Patnaik, managed to create a massive buzz in the town. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 also features Vaani Kapoor joining the cast as the female lead, and Riteish Deshmukh stepping into the shoes of the lead villain.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Raid 2 minted Rs 50 lakhs in the overseas market and it took the overall overseas collection to Rs 19 crores. In fact, Raid 2 worldwide box office collection to Rs 162.75 crores

Raid 2 Surpasses Sky Force Lifetime Worldwide Collection

With a global earning of Rs 162.75 crores, Raid 2 has now surpassed Sky Force starring Akshay Kumar, which had made a total of Rs 149 crores at the worldwide box office.

Raid 2 Box Office Collection Day 12 Prediction

Given the ongoing trend, Raid 2 is likely to see a dip in numbers today (day 12/ second Monday) at the worldwide box office considering the fact that it is a Monday. The movie is expected to earn Rs 30-50 lakhs crores at the overseas market and will be inching close to Rs 170 crores mark at the worldwide box office (Please note, this day 12 prediction is based on the box office graph of Raid 2)

Meanwhile, Ajay recently got candid about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz as the female lead in Raid 2 and stated, "You see it in a lot of Hollywood films also. Still, Sean Connery is not the James Bond. It's the character you follow, and then new people keep coming in". To note, Raid 2 is set to release on May 1 and will have a box office clash with Sanjay Dutt's The Bhootnii.
