Raid 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 4 Prediction: Raid 2, which is the much awaited sequel to the 2018 release Raid, has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year for several reasons. The movie is not just a much anticipated sequel but also boasts a stellar cast of Ajay Devgn, Vaani Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Supriya Pathak, Rajat Kapoor, Amit Sial and Saurabh Shukla. Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the movie is a crime thriller drama featuring Ajay reprising his role of IRS Officer Amay Patnaik.

Unlike Raid, Raid 2 features Vaani Kapoor stepping into the role of a female lead while Riteish Deshmukh plays the role of a lead antagonist, a corrupt politician Dada Manohar Bhai. While the trailer gave a glimpse of Ajay's face off with Riteish has got the fans excited, it marked the duo's fourth collaboration after Cash, Masti and Total Dhamaal. Interestingly, Raid 2 is not only doing wonders in India but has been thriving at the worldwide box office as well. In fact, it managed saw a decent start in the overseas market and even managed to beat Jaat in the overseas market.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Raid 2 made an overseas collection of Rs 1.75 lakhs on day 3 which took the overall overseas collection of the movie to Rs 5 crores and the worldwide collection of the film stands at Rs 63.75 crores

Given the ongoing trend, Raid 2 is expected to inch close to Rs 10 crores in the overseas market on day 4 (first Sunday) while the total worldwide collection will be inching close to Rs 100 crores mark.

Meanwhile, Ajay recently got candid about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz as the female lead in Raid 2 and stated, "You see it in a lot of Hollywood films also. Still, Sean Connery is not the James Bond. It's the character you follow, and then new people keep coming in". To note, Raid 2 is set to release on May 1 and will have a box office clash with Sanjay Dutt's The Bhootnii.
