Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 1: Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda have all the reasons to be on cloud nine today. After all, the newcomers have made their grand debut with the much talked about Saiyaara. Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara is a musical romantic drama which is presented by YRF. Marking Mohit Suri's first collaboration with YRF, Saiyaara also features Varun Badola and Rajesh Kumar. The movie has managed to create a massive buzz in the town and exceeded expectations as hit the screens on July 18.

For the uninitiated, Saiyaara unfolds the tale of two ardent lovers who experience a whirlwind romance. Their journey is marked by exhilarating moments and heart-wrenching challenges, as they strive to hold onto their intense connection amidst the chaos. Interestingly, Saiyaara witnessed a grand opening and even recorded the third highest advance booking collection of 2025 and the second highest ticket sales in advance booking for day 1. And as Saiyaara opened to rave reviews, it has managed to set the box office on fire.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Saiyaara made a collection of Rs 20 crores on day 1 (first Friday)

Saiyaara Beats Raid 2 On Day 1

With an opening day collection of Rs 20 crores, Saiyaara has managed to beat the day 1 collection of Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 which happens to be around Rs 19.25 crores. Interestingly, Saiyaara has managed to emerge as the fourth highest opener of 2025 after Chhaava, Sikandar and Housefull 5.

Meanwhile, Mohit Suri spoke about Saiyaara's comparisons with Aashiqui and told Firstpost, "When I made Zeher, they said it looked like Murder. When I made Ek Villain, they said it looked like Murder 2. When I made Malang, they said it looked like Ek Villain. When I made Aashiqui 2, they said it looked like Woh Lame and Rockstar. So I think when I go ahead and make my next film, they'll say it looks like Saiyaara. I think when they're comparing it to my own work rather than somebody else's, it's good".
