Directed by Mohit Suri and helmed by YRF, Saiyaara is a musical romantic drama which is one of the most anticipated releases of the year. In fact, the movie has already created substantial buzz in the town with Ahaan and Aneet's fresh chemistry.

To note, Saiyaara marks Mohit Suri's first collaboration with YRF and the music by Mithoon, Sachet-Parampara, Rishabh Kant, Vishal Mishra, Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah, Arslan Nizami has been winning millions of hearts. For the uninitiated, Saiyaara narrates the story of a young couple, their love affair, the hurdles they face to save their relationship. Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction

In an exclusive conversation with Filmibeat, film business expert Rohit Jaiswal stated that Saiyaara is expected to make an opening day collection of Rs 16 crores at the box office

Will Saiyaara Beat Raid 2 On Opening Day?

If the prediction turned out to be true, Saiyaara will beat Sky Force (Rs 12.25 crores) on the opening day and will be seen giving Ajay Devgn's Raid 2 (Rs 19.25 crores) a tough fight. While Saiyaara is will be making it to the top 5 openers of 2025, it will be interesting to see if it can beat Raid 2 and take the 4th slot after Chhaava, Sikandar and Housefull 5.

Meanwhile, Mohit Suri spoke about Saiyaara's comparisons with Aashiqui and told Firstpost, "When I made Zeher, they said it looked like Murder. When I made Ek Villain, they said it looked like Murder 2. When I made Malang, they said it looked like Ek Villain. When I made Aashiqui 2, they said it looked like Woh Lame and Rockstar. So I think when I go ahead and make my next film, they'll say it looks like Saiyaara. I think when they're comparing it to my own work rather than somebody else's, it's good".
