Sardaar Ji 3 Box Office Collection: Diljit’s Film Continues To Roar; Beats Gippy’s Hit Film To Create A Record

Sardaar Ji 3 Box Office Collection: Diljit Dosanjh and his recent release Sardaar Ji 3 have been all over the headlines lately and rightfully so. The much awaited third installment of the popular Sardaar Ji franchise has been marred with controversy before it had hit the screens and it is now creating massive waves at the worldwide box office. For the uninitiated, Sardaar Ji 3 sparked a controversy after the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir. Diljit and his film faced massive criticism in India for working with Hania amid India's ban on Pakistani actors post the Pahalgam attack.
To note, Sardaar Ji 3 is a horror comedy which is helmed by Amar Hundal and produced by produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Manmord Sidhu, and Diljit Dosanjh. Apart from Diljit and Hania, Sardaar Ji 3 also featured Neeru Bajwa, Jasmin Bajwa, Sapna Pabbi, Gulshan Grover, Manav Vij, Monica Sharma and Nasir Chinyoti in key roles. While Sardaar Ji 3 did not make it to theatres in India, it opened to rave reviews from the audience across the world. In fact, it emerged as the highest opening Indian film in Pakistan and even turned out to be the highest grossing film of 2025.
Sardaar Ji 3 Worldwide Box Office Collection
As per a post shared White Hills Studios, Diljit's Sardaar Ji 3 has managed to rake in over Rs 52 crores worldwide in two weeks.
Sardaar Ji 3 Beats Carry On Jatta 3
Interestingly, with a total collection of over Rs 52 crores Sardaar Ji 3 has managed to beat Gippy Grewal's Carry On Jatta 3 which had minted Rs 46 crores worldwide. As a result, Sardaar Ji has emerged has the second highest grossing Punjabi film worldwide.
Meanwhile, Diljit reacted to the Sardaar Ji 3 controversy during an interview with BBC Asian Network and stated, "When this film was made, the situation was fine... We shot it in February and everything was going well at that time. Look, there are a lot of things, big things, that are not in our control. So the producers decided that obviously, now this film won't release in India, so let's release it overseas".
