Sikandar Storyline

Sikandar's storyline revolves around the story of Sanjay Rajkot, known as Sikandar, who is a respected figure with a quiet storm behind his eyes. His wife, Saisri, an artist lovingly called Rani Saidha, feels his growing distance. During a flight, Sanjay stops a powerful minister's son, Arjun, from blackmailing Monica, a reformed adult film actress. The incident sparks political retaliation, but Sanjay walks into the police station himself, flanked by senior officers who order his release.

While Saisri silently bears his absence, she discovers she's pregnant. Before she can tell him, a crisis at Sanjay's quarry pulls him away. She follows and is caught in a blast meant for him. She dies, never revealing her pregnancy, but her final act is one of grace: she donates her organs.

Grief-stricken, Sanjay searches for the recipients Kamar, a sick child in polluted Dharavi; Vaidehi, a talented cook battling patriarchy; and Nisha, a heart patient haunted by love lost. Each bears part of Saisri, and each needs help. Sanjay, fueled by loss and love, becomes their quiet guardian, fighting corporate greed, outdated norms, and heartbreak itself. In saving them, he finally hears the heartbeat of the woman he never fully knew.
