Reports from Sacnilk highlight the film's struggle to achieve double-digit earnings on its first Wednesday, bringing in only Rs 9.75 crores. This downturn has impacted the total earnings, which now stand at Rs 84.25 crores.

Rashmika Mandanna recently shared her experience of being cast in the film "Sikandar" during an interview with India Today. She expressed her excitement about working with Salman Khan, saying it felt like a significant achievement. Rashmika mentioned that she was drawn to commercial films that had depth and emotion, which made her eager to take on this project.

The opportunity arose when producer Sajid Nadiadwala contacted Rashmika with an intriguing offer. At the time, she was in Vizag for another shoot. She recalled, "So Sajid sir first made the call, and he said, 'OK, we have something really exciting for you.' I was just like, 'OK, sir, let me take up the narration'."

During the narration by the first assistant director (AD), Rashmika found herself captivated by the story. She eagerly inquired about the star cast and was thrilled to learn that Salman Khan was involved.
