As Sitaare Zameen Par is set to hit the screens on June 20, the makers have begun the advance booking for the film. According to a report published in Sacnilk, this Aamir starrer has minted Rs 1.5 crores nett from advance booking with the sale of 55470 tickets. To note, Sitaare Zameen Par has minted Rs 4.52 crores with block seats from advance booking so far.

Interestingly, Sitaare Zameen Par is facing frequent comparisons with Aamir's Laal Singh Chaddha and this sports comedy drama is eyeing to surpass the latter. For the uninitiated, Sitaare Zameen Par had minted Rs 2.84 crores (without block seats) and Rs 5.71 crores (with block seats)
