Sitaare Zameen Par UAE Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Aamir Khan has returned to cinemas with the film Sitaare Zameen Par, after a three-year break since Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. Known for his meticulous approach, Aamir is making waves with this much-anticipated release. Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is a sports comedy-drama and stars Genelia Deshmukh alongside him which marks her first collaboration with Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist. This movie serves as a spiritual successor to the 2007 hit Taare Zameen Par.

Sitaare Zameen Par is an official adaptation of the 2018 Spanish movie Champions. The storyline centres on a basketball coach who, after being suspended, must fulfil community service by coaching a team of players with disabilities for an upcoming tournament. Sitaare Zameen Par has managed to create a massive buzz in the town, it saw an average response in advance booking in UAE (VOX) wherein it earned AED167.94K ($45.73K) with the sale of 2910 tickets

In a tweet shared by film business expert Nishit Shaw, after getting an average response from advance booking, Sitaare Zameen Par is expecting an opening of over $300K (AED11.01K) all over Gulf.

While Sitaare Zameen Par is facing frequent comparisons with Aamir Khan's last release Laal Singh Chaddha, there have been speculations about if this RS Prasanna directorial will beat the latter in Gulf. To note, Laal Singh Chaddha had minted AED2,938,412 ($800.15K) approximately as quoted by Bollywood Hungama.

Earlier, talking about Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir stated, "Well, it's a beautiful story. Actually, the easiest way I can describe it is that Taare Zameen Par is a very emotional film which makes you cry. Sitaare Zameen Par makes you laugh, it's a humorous film. The theme is similar, of people with different abilities, different intelligence, or with different challenges. But, it's humour as opposed to emotions".
