According to a report published in Sacnilk, Sky Force saw a 70% dip on the first Monday. The movie minted Rs 1.6 crores on day 11 (second Monday) followed by a collection of Rs 1.35 crores on day 12 (second Tuesday) which took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 102.95 crores

Given the ongoing trend, Sky Force is likely to see another drop in numbers today (day 13/ second Wednesday). The movie is expected to struggle to earn Rs 2 crore at the box office and will be touching Rs 105 crores.

Meanwhile talking about Sky Force, Akshay told HT City, "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah.
