Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 4 (Morning Show Occupancy): Akshay Kumar's recent movie, Sky Force, has been generating buzz since its release, marking his return to the big screen this year. Directed by the duo Abhis Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, Sky Force draws from a pivotal moment in history, focusing on the 1965 Indo-Pakistani air war, particularly India's airstrike on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase. The film, featuring a star-studded cast with the likes of Nimrat Kaur, Sara Ali Khan, Sharad Kelkar, and debutant Veer Pahariya, delves into the intricacies of the lives of Indian Air Force officers and their families amidst wartime scenarios.
In Sky Force, the storyline intricately weaves through the lives of its characters, with Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya stepping into the shoes of Indian Air Force officers. They are joined by Nimrat Kaur and Sara Ali Khan, who portray their spouses, adding a personal dimension to the narrative. Sky Force's ensemble is further enriched by Sharad Kelkar, who plays a Pakistani Air Force officer, providing insight into the experiences and viewpoints of the adversary. This choice of casting not only broadens the film's appeal but also offers a balanced portrayal of the conflict, contributing to the movie's positive reception among audiences and critics alike.
Sky Force Morning Show Occupancy Day 4
After recording a box office collection of Rs 27.5 crores on day 3, Sky Force has been witnessing a massive drop at the ticket windows on the fourth day of release. Sky Force Fails To Beats Fighter On First Monday.
Interestingly, Sky Force which has been witnessing a frequent comparison with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's Fighter, failed to beat the 2025 release aerial action drama on the first Monday of release and even on day post release. For the uninitiated, Fighter had recorded a footfall of 20.29% in morning shows on the third day of release while it was 8.88% on the first Monday.
Meanwhile talking about Sky Force, Akshay told HT City, "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah. Aap log vishwas karenge ki 23 saal baad inke parivar ko sarkaar ne maha vir chakra diya? The whole film is not only about war, it is also about what happens to the family and the children left behind".
