Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 5

Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 5 (Morning Show Occupancy): Akshay Kumar's latest film, Sky Force, has been making waves since its release, marking his cinematic return this year. Directed by Abhis Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, the movie is set against the backdrop of the 1965 Indo-Pakistani air conflict. It highlights India's airstrike on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase. The film features a stellar cast including Nimrat Kaur, Sara Ali Khan, Sharad Kelkar, and newcomer Veer Pahariya.

The narrative of Sky Force intricately explores the lives of Indian Air Force officers and their families during wartime. Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya portray these officers, while Nimrat Kaur and Sara Ali Khan play their wives. This adds a personal touch to the story. The ensemble cast is further enhanced by Sharad Kelkar, who takes on the role of a Pakistani Air Force officer.

Sky Force Morning Show Occupancy Day 5

After seeing a massive dip in number and footfalls on first Monday, Sky Force picked up a little pace at the ticket windows on the fifth day of release. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Sky Force saw a footfalls of 6.53% today (day 5/ first Tuesday). To note, this happens to be the highest occupancy in the morning show on first Tuesday.

Did Sky Force Beat Fighter On First Tuesday?

As frequent comparisons have been made between Sky Force and Hrithik Roshan's Fighter, this Akshay starrer failed to beat the latter on day 5 and first Tuesday. For the uninitiated, Fighter had recorded a footfall of 20.29% in morning shows on the third day of release while it was 8.88% on the first Monday.

Meanwhile talking about Sky Force, Akshay told HT City, "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah. Aap log vishwas karenge ki 23 saal baad inke parivar ko sarkaar ne maha vir chakra diya? The whole film is not only about war, it is also about what happens to the family and the children left behind".
