Sky Force Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 2

Sky Force Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 2: Since its release on January 24, 2025, Sky Force, featuring the dynamic duo of Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan alongside newcomers Veer Pahariya and Nimrit Kaur, has captured the interest of moviegoers. The film, which marks Pahariya's debut in Bollywood, has been highly anticipated due to its unique blend of action, drama, and a compelling storyline set against a significant historical backdrop. Directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, Sky Force presents a narrative that intertwines personal valor with national pride, making for an engaging cinematic experience.

The historical context of Sky Force is particularly noteworthy, as it revisits the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965, focusing on India's first airstrike on Pakistan's Sargodha airbase. This event, pivotal in the history of the two nations' conflict, provides not only a thrilling backdrop for the movie's plot but also adds a layer of depth to its storytelling. The choice to dramatize such a critical moment in history has played a significant role in the film's reception, drawing audiences with its promise of action fueled by real-life heroism. Despite varying predictions about its box office performance, Sky Force has managed to make a strong impression, garnering positive reviews from both audiences and critics in India and across the world

Meanwhile talking about Sky Force, Akshay told HT City, "Everyone declared him (Sqd. Ldr. A.B. Devaiah) a traitor and 23 saal tak kisi ko nahi pata tha that actually he was a hero. The character I play, Wing Commander K.O. Ahuja, based on Group Captain O.P Taneja, is senior to the character Veer plays in the film - T. Vijaya, based on Sqd. Ldr. Devaiah. Aap log vishwas karenge ki 23 saal baad inke parivar ko sarkaar ne maha vir chakra diya? The whole film is not only about war, it is also about what happens to the family and the children left behind".
