Sky Force Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 13: Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya's latest Bollywood patriotic aerial actioner has slowed down its pace at the box office, struggling to meet expectations lately. Directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, the film had its grand theatrical premiere on 24th January 2025 amid decent buzz. Upon its release, the film surprised everyone and surpassed expectations. Currently, the aerial actioner seems to be having a turbulent run at ticket counters.

Based on the true events of Indo-Pakistan's 1965 airstrike, Sky Force features Akshay Kumar, Veer Pahariya, Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur among others. Amid an average pre-release buzz, the movie opened to an impressive box office collection of Rs 12.25 cr. Due to the positive talk, the film witnessed a solid hike in numbers on the opening weekend and went on to rake in around Rs 86.5 cr in its 1st week, as per Sacnilk.

The Akshay Kumar starrer has been struggling in the 2nd week. According to Sacnilk, the film barely recorded any noticeable hike overseas yesterday (2nd Wednesday, Feb 5). Reportedly, the movie netted around Rs 1.5 cr domestically on 2nd Wed, taking the total nett collection to Rs 104.45 cr in 13 days. Overseas, the film managed to mint around Rs 50 lakhs only. As of now, the total worldwide collection is estimated to be at Rs 136.65 cr in 13 days.

Mounted on a whopping budget of Rs 160 cr reportedly, Netflix has allegedly acquired the digital streaming rights of the movie, as per a Jagran report. That means, Akshay Kumar, Sky Force will have its OTT premiere on Netflix after its theatrical run.
