According to a report published in Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein saw a slight hike in footfalls during the evening shows. After recording an occupancy of 9.61% during the morning shows on day 4, Tere Ishk Mein registered an occupancy of 17.34% on day 4. Interestingly, it has managed to beat the evening occupancy of Kriti's previous release Crew which happens to be 17.41%.

Interestingly, Tere Ishk Mein has been a dip at the box office on the first Monday. After earning Rs 73 lakhs during morning shows (until 12 pm), Tere Ishk Mein has struggled to earn Rs 6cr until 7:30pm. In fact, the movie earned Rs 5.32 cr on day 4 (first Monday) until 7:30pm and the total collection stands at Rs 57.32cr.

Meanwhile, in a report in Times of India, Kriti spoke about the intense climax and stated, "There are a lot of really intense scenes, the pre climax and the climax, which are very very long. That was very draining and we shot it for about 5-6 days. Both physically and emotionally those scenes were extremely draining".
