Tere Ishk Mein Box Office Collection Day 9: Kriti Sanon and Dhanush have all the reasons to be on cloud nine. After all, their first collaboration has managed to set the box office on fire. We are talking about Tere Ishk Mein which is a romantic drama and is helmed by Aanand L Rai. Touted to be the spiritual sequel to the 2013 release Raanjhanaa, Tere Ishk Mein has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. To note, Tere Ishk Mein marks Dhanush's return to the Hindi cinema after four years. He was last seen in 2021 release Atrangi Re.
This isn't all. Tere Ishk Mein also marks Dhanush's third collaboration with Aanand L Rai after Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re. Apart from Dhanush and Kriti, Tere Ishk Mein also features Prakash Raj, Priyanshu Painyuli, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Vineet Kumar Singh, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub etc. Released amid a massive buzz, Tere Ishk Mein has opened to rave reviews from the audience and has seen an impressive performance at the box office. In fact, after recording Dhanush's highest opening in the Hindi market, Tere Ishk Mein has also managed to surpass the lifetime collection of Raanjhanaa.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein, which minted Rs 3.75cr on day 8 (first Friday), saw a hike of 50.67% and earned Rs 5.65cr. This took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 93.05cr

Interestingly, Tere Ishk Mein is all set to beat the lifetime collection Luka Chuppi which happens to be Rs 94.09cr. With a collection of Rs 93.05cr, Tere Ishk Mein is indeed quite close to surpassing Luka Chuppi

Given the fact that it is a Sunday, Tere Ishk Mein is expected to see a hike in numbers today (day 10/ second Sunday). The movie is expected to mint Rs 5-7cr and is likely to enter the coveted Rs 100cr club at the box office after the second weekend
Meanwhile, in a report in Times of India, Kriti spoke about the intense climax and stated, "There are a lot of really intense scenes, the pre climax and the climax, which are very very long. That was very draining and we shot it for about 5-6 days. Both physically and emotionally those scenes were extremely draining".
