Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Re-Release Box Office Collection Day 3: Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin starrer cult-classic Dharma film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' is doing wonders at the box office and how! Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, the beloved romantic-comedy film made its way back to theatres on 3rd January 2025. Originally released on 31st May 2013, the film was one of the highest-grossing films of the year and became a cult-classic over the years. Amid the tough competition from several other films, YJHD has been successfully recreating the nostalgic craze with fans flocking to cinemas.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (YJHD) Re-Release Box Office Collection First Weekend

Amid high anticipation, Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has been doing wonders at the box office after its re-release. As per Sacnilk, the film raked in Rs 1.20 cr on the first day of its re-release. After the huge response, the shows got doubled, resulting in raking in moolah on Saturday. YJHD minted around Rs 2.40 cr on day 2.

According to Pinkvilla, the film saw a huge upward trend on Sunday (yesterday) and scored Rs 3.20 cr approx. on day 3 (Jan 5), taking the total nett collection to Rs 6.80 cr in the first weekend after re-release.

Day 1 (Friday): ₹ 1.20 cr

Day 2 (Saturday): ₹ 2.40 cr

Day 3 (Sunday): ₹ 3.20 cr

Total - Rs 6.80 CRORES!

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Vs Baby John Collection Yesterday (Sunday)

On Sunday, Ranbir-Deepika's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has thrashed Varun Dhawan-starrer 'Baby John' at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the Hindi adaptation of the 2016 Tamil blockbuster Theri struggled to even earn 1 cr at the box office. Reportedly, Baby John managed to add Rs 90 lakhs on its day 12 (2nd Sunday) and after the second weekend, the total collection is estimated to be at Rs 38.60 cr in 12 days.
