Alpha Box Office Collection Day 1 (Morning Trend): Alia Bhatt, who has successfully carved a niche for herself in the industry with her acting prowess and versatility, is creating waves in the town with the much talked about release Alpha. Produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha also features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Sharvari in the lead. To note, Alpha is an action thriller and is the seventh installment of the YRF's spy universe. Needless to say, Alpha has been creating massive buzz in the town.

Interestingly, Alpha marks Alia's return on the big screen after two years and also her first collaboration with Sharvari, Anil and Bobby. In fact, the movie features Bobby Deol as the lead antagonist and his first collaboration Alia has been one of the key elements of Alpha. The action thriller has hit the screens, there have been speculations about its box office performance. However, despite massive buzz in the town, Alpha witnessed a slow start at the box office.
Alpha Morning Occupancy Day 1
According to a report published in Sacnilk, Alpha recorded an occupancy of 9.92% during the morning shows on day 1 (first Friday). The movie failed to beat the morning occupancy of Jigra on day 1 which happens to be 15.31%.

To note, Alpha failed to touch Rs 2cr during morning shows on the opening day. The movie minted Rs 1.39cr until 1 pm today.
Meanwhile, talking about working with Bobby Deol, Alia stated, "I call Bobby Deol a gentle giant because he is so overpowering on screen as a persona, but has the most gentle soul. When we were doing our scenes together, I realised that he could do something that's so unassumingly brilliant that even he was oblivious to his craft. That's how good he is! It didn't feel like he was ever trying to act. He is a natural".
